Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account and data. This deletes your sign-in account and everything Maxi stores about you, immediately. It cannot be undone.

If you want a copy first, Settings → Export saves everything as a PDF or a text file on your phone.

If you can no longer open the app, write to czechspeed1337@gmail.com and ask for your account to be deleted.

How long it is kept

Reflections, journal notes and mood check-ins are kept until you delete them or delete your account.

A deleted reflection disappears from the app at once, and both it and the conversation it came from are erased from the database within seven days.

A reflection you started but never finished is closed automatically after 24 hours and erased within seven days after that.

Reports you send about a reply are kept until you delete your account. Deleting the reflection does not delete the report, but the report holds no text of the conversation.

A Future report is kept until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting one erases its contents at once; a record that it was written stays, because it counts towards the one report allowed per billing period.

Deleting your account deletes your sign-in account and every row belonging to you immediately.

Your membership record is kept while your account exists and is deleted with it.

Your reply count and the token and cost records are kept while your account exists and are deleted with it.
